I’m reading this new manga series called Spy x Family by Tatsuya Endo and I immediately jumped aboard the Twilight x Yoru ship. Fake marriages, secret identities and a pretend esper daughter? Sign me up!
I’m happy I managed to finish this before the fourth chapter comes out in a few days, not that this has anything to do with the story thus far. Since the series is new, the ship name for Twilight and Yoru hasn’t really been established yet (which doesn’t matter much to me since I prefer the ‘name x name’ format). But a few friends and I did decide that we liked ‘Nightlight’ since Yoru means night.
I did some research on the character’s names and while it’s not confirmed or anything, I like to think that Endo-sensei intended for the names to be related. Twilight, Yoru (夜 | night) and Anya (暗夜 or 闇夜 | dark night). I’m going off on a tangent here. Without further ado~
